Ordering
National Engravers, Inc. reserves the right to approve all orders. We will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date; however, order acceptance is subject to normal production lead times and material availability. If, for any reason, we cannot meet your required delivery, a company representative will contact you.
Normal Production and Rush Delivery
Normal production is 7–15 working days from approval of final art. For large orders or orders requiring special services, more time must be allowed.
Orders with short lead times may incur rush charges of 10% to 50% of the total order amount. Before placing a rush order, contact a National Engravers representative about product availability and fees.
Production Setup
Set–up is $75.00 per award style. Set–up includes typesetting, logo placement, proofing and engraving preparation. Set–up is waived on exact repeat orders.
Personalization
Add $4 per unit for personalization (up to 3 line changes). To avoid potential errors in personalization, submit names in an Excel or Word file or list in an email message sent to design@awardingyou.com.
Color Fill
Silver or gold color fill is available on most award styles. Color fill is $7 per location, per unit.
Packaging
Cristalique and Optique by Cristalique ship with premier presentation boxes. Personalized awards include a name label on each box.
Shipping
FOB Factory, IL. Depending on circumstances, orders ship UPS, FedEx or messenger. No C.O.D. shipments. Third party billing, split shipments and international shipments may incur special handling charges. Claims for merchandise lost or damaged in shipping must be filed directly with the carrier.
Payment
New Accounts: Major credit cards are required. To qualify for open account billing, contact a National Engravers representative for a credit application.
Established Accounts: Net 30 days. Invoices not paid within terms will be assessed a late payment fee of 1.5% per month. A $40.00 service charge applies to returned checks. A returned check may result in status being downgraded to "New Account."
Sales Tax
Merchandise delivered in Illinois is subject to 6.75% sales tax.
Returns
National Engravers cannot accept returns of engraved merchandise. Defects in workmanship and materials will be replaced at no charge. Contact a National Engravers representative before making a return.
Cancellations
Cancellation charges are based on work completed. Once an order has been accepted, the minimum cancellation charge is $35.00. Once an order has been engraved, it cannot be cancelled.
Right to Promotion
National Engravers, Inc. reserves the right to photograph or display any award or logo that we engrave unless specified in a signed letter from the client. The following notice will appear with photographs or displays: Logos and names are for display only and do not imply endorsement.
Other
Cristalique and Optique awards are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photographs and descriptions. Due to changes in market value and materials, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
