The flawless, clear optic crystal is cut with faceted edges into a square shape and affixed to a customized black base.  A powerful acknowledgement of your appreciation to teammates vital to your organization's success, the Avior Crystal Award sizes include: 4.5", 6", and 7.2" in height.
