The Crestwood Wood & Acrylic Plaque is both modern and classic in its design. The wood portion is built from dark cherry finish wood and features a front acrylic plate with a metal toned finish in a sweeping pattern and a clear center portion. The clear layer of the plaque features stylized typography printed with words of recognition, while the entire plate offers plenty of room for award information. There is a keyhole on the back for wall mounting.
